Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot laptops, iPads, and other devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, endpoint detection systems like CrowdStrike, and email security solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest industry security standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, ensuring optimal workstation performance and resolving IT issues.
  • Manage software licenses, IT inventory, and resources efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest in technology trends and security practices, especially related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Azure Active Directory and Intune.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Experience with endpoint security systems, such as CrowdStrike.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
